Okay so if anyone here is in debate they know how annoying it is when you have a n00b debater and a bad parent judge. the n00b doesn't understand your case even though you have a pretty simple case (I`m not talking Ks here) and even though you should have won, you lose. Yup, bad judge= Ms.Caldwell, n00b debater= 1/2 of my health class. We had a discussion on this article, wither or not the man should have gotten the money. I said that from a personal opinion he shouldn't have but explained, the state has a different perspective. They all kept saying -you know- "but he knew the risks", "he was fat and drunk and its his fault" but that's besides the point. It was a federal case, so the state had to look at laws and represent them accordingly. If he got the money it was because -due to the laws- he should have.
Mergh, when we talk about marijuana it's gonna be a field day.
